It is also a strong choice when you care about custom workflows and a large OpenAI-centered ecosystem.

Choose Gemini Advanced-style plans if

Choose Gemini when you live in Google Workspace, use Android heavily or value Google account integration. The practical value is often in the bundle and native workflow.

If the plan also replaces Google storage or media features you already need, its value improves.

Choose neither or both if

Use the free versions first if your needs are occasional. Use both only if comparing outputs saves enough time to justify the cost.
